Beauty is power; a smile is its sword.

Hey, beautiful! Thanks for stopping by.

We all have days when we’re not feeling our best. Days when we don’t shine as brightly as we can because we are insecure about how we look or how others may view us. Maybe we know someone who’s struggling to find and see her own beauty. Maybe we are the ones who don’t recognize the extent of our beauty.

But regardless of how we may see or feel about ourselves, one thing holds true: we are all beautiful just the way we are. There are so many people that love us for all our individual quirks and traits. Even when we feel so small or insignificant, we are still someone’s everything. We should never be ashamed of who we are.

However, many of us just don’t realize this. So what can we do to help?

Mission: reach out to those around you. Take sticky notes, pieces of paper, or any kind of surface and write one simple yet powerful message: you are beautiful, and you are loved. (or download pre-made messages here) All other self-esteem boosting messages are supported as well!

Leave them in places you know others will see, such as your classes, walls, lockers, bathroom mirrors, stores, on cars, inside books…anywhere it’ll reach another person.

Write the link to this site so that the cycle of self image transformation can continue on.

Let’s spread the beauty.

Today I felt a mess, and was having a fully bad day until I walked into the bathroom of my high school and found strips of paper, and post its all over with the phrase “you are beautiful, and you are loved” I looked into the mirror and seriously smiled. It made my day and I spread the message to all of my friends. This blog is doing something fantastic thats for sure! Thank you mystery note leaver!!

Thank you thank you thank you!

I just want to let all of you know that you’re beautiful, regardless of what you look like. As long as you’re a beautiful person inside (WHICH YOU ARE), you are beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. I just signed up for college on a whim after dropping out of high school like a year and a half ago. Now I’m on my way to success.

    Believe in yourself.

This is what women and girls need! You all just inspired me to go out tomorrow and leave those notes everywhere.

Also, I have this idea of simply going up to someone, handing them the note, telling them that I think they’re gorgeous and then just happily running away. Has anyone ever done that? I haven’t yet, but I will. I promise.
